How do I format alliance mail in Rise of Kingdoms?
Rise of Kingdoms uses simple markup tags inside your mail body to apply formatting. Wrap your text in tags like <color=#FF0000>text</color> for colour, <size=28>text</size> for size, <b>text</b> for bold, and <i>text</i> for italic. This tool does all of that for you – just select text and click.
What formatting tags does Rise of Kingdoms support?
RoK in-game mail supports four tag types: bold (<b>), italic (<i>), text size (<size=X>), and colour (<color=#HEXCODE>). Underline is not supported — if you paste underline tags they'll show as raw text, not formatting.
How do I change text colour in RoK mail?
Use the colour tag: <color=#FF6600>your text</color> – replacing the hex code with any colour you want. The formatter has a built-in colour picker so you never have to write the tags manually. Select your text, pick a colour, done.
What text size should I use in Rise of Kingdoms mail?
A size between 18 and 42 renders reliably across devices. Size 24–28 is a solid default body text size. Go larger (34–42) for headers or urgent callouts like rally timers or KvK warnings. Very large values can render inconsistently on smaller screens.
Is this tool free? Do I need an account?

What templates are included?
There are 24 ready-to-use alliance mail templates covering the most common RoK scenarios: KvK announcements and preparation, MGE coordination, rally calls, reinforcement requests, zeroing warnings, event reminders, and general alliance communications. Load any template, edit the text to fit your alliance, copy and send.
Why isn't my formatting showing up in Rise of Kingdoms?
The most common cause is unclosed tags — every opening tag needs a matching closing tag. The formatter handles this automatically, so if you're copy-pasting from here it should be correct. Also double-check you're not accidentally adding underline tags, which RoK doesn't support and will display as literal text.
